Hallie Jackson
Hallie Jackson is an American political reporter and analyst. At present, she's the principal White House reporter for 'NBC News' and an anchor for a number of news shows on 'MSNBC' (cable division of "NBC"). Jackson was raised in Pennsylvania. When she graduated with an undergraduate degree in political science from John Hopkins University, she began working for The Hearst Corporation and worked for every one of its 26 TV stations. In 2014, she was hired by NBC News (in 2014) as a reporter during a time of one year with the NBC station in Los Angeles. Her excellent reporting of different presidential campaigns, like the presidential election in 2016, made her known as an avid political reporter. Her reputation is that of a skilled and diverse reporter. Some of her major assignments have been the coverage in the election campaign by Senator Ted Cruz and exclusive interviews of prominent candidates for the 'GOP. In 2017, 'NBC' has appointed Jackson as their primary 'White House journalist. There are two daughters, and she is married Douglas Hitchner.
