Awkwafina
Awkwafina started out as a American rapper and singer, releasing sly tracks that tackled topics like racial or sexuality with a humorous twist. Before expanding into Hollywood the singer had the opportunity to perform a variety of tracks. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants was her first musical encounter. She was a trumpet player. Apart from classical music and jazz, the young Nora started to study hip-hop during her teens. In the end, she focused on her education. she earned the degree of journalist in the college as well as a women's studies degree. It wasn't until after graduating when she decided to turn her attention on music. Her track in 2012 My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success across the Internet and was later released on her debut album Yellow Ranger in 2014. It also included other popular hits, including the body positive Queef and winking hometown tour NYC Bitche$1. The final track was connected directly to Awkwafina's NYC travel guide released in the year 2015. As a musician and an author on her resume she began looking for a third endeavor actor. Alongside early TV shows, such Girl Code and Tawk - she appeared in movies Neighbors 2 Storks & Bad Rap. The actress made headlines in the year 2018, with several high profile films, including Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. The EP debuted in June.
